Samantha Tauber serves as the Special Envoy for Space Diplomacy at The Garibay Institute for Soft Power and Public Diplomacy. Her mission is to ignite the imagination and inspire conscious leadership to shape a thriving future through stories of humanity’s boundless potential. An Australian-born, London-based multidisciplinary artist and creative technologist, she is also the visionary and award-winning founder of VNCCII, a futuristic multimedia platform that merges music, storytelling, and advanced frontier technologies such as Space Tech, AI, motion capture, Unreal Engine, and XR. Through her cosmic superheroine avatar VNCCII, Tauber creates immersive, narrative-driven performances that bridge the digital and physical worlds, redefining how audiences experience live entertainment. Her performances have been featured at major global events including Brits Week, the Athens XR Summit, the Metaverse Entertainment World Summit, Global Entrepreneurship Conference, and the Kennedy Space Center.
Recognized internationally as a thought leader in futurism, AI, and multimedia storytelling, Tauber has shared her insights at forums such as the World Economic Forum, Web Summit, The Royal Society (Polymath Festival), and The Royal Society of Arts, where VNCCII graced the RSA Journal cover in December 2024. Her forthcoming sci-fi novel, Galacta.i.ssance and the VNCCII Awakening with a foreword by Frank White, will be sent to the Moon in 2025 via NASA’s Astrobotics Griffin Lander Mission. As an Artist-in-Residence at the Interstellar Foundation, and a guest performer for the U.S. Space Force Historical Foundation at the Kennedy Space Center for their historic Legacy of Launch 75th Anniversary campaign, Tauber continues to pioneer the intersection of music, art, technology, storytelling, and space exploration. Through VNCCII, she envisions technology as a tool to expand human imagination and elevate collective consciousness toward unity, creativity, and hope.
